Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

When you use Roundtable, we collect the information you provide directly — such as your name, email address, and account credentials — as well as session data generated during debates (transcripts, alignment scores, and participant responses). We do not sell your personal data.

2. How we use it

  • To create and maintain your account.
  • To run AI-assisted roundtable sessions and generate outputs.
  • To improve the product through aggregated, anonymised usage analytics.
  • To send you service-related emails (no marketing without explicit consent).

3. Data storage & retention

Your data is stored on servers located in the European Union. Session transcripts and outputs are retained until you delete them or close your account. Account data is purged within 30 days of account deletion.

4. Third-party services

Roundtable uses third-party AI model providers (e.g., Anthropic Claude) to power persona responses. Prompts and session context are transmitted to these providers under their respective data-processing agreements. We do not share personally identifiable information beyond what is necessary for session processing.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, email privacy@jijnasu.co.in.

6. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication only. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.

Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Roundtable, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Permitted use

Roundtable is intended for research, education, policy analysis, and professional deliberation. You may not use it to generate harmful, illegal, or misleading content, to harass others, or to attempt to circumvent the safety measures of any underlying AI model.

3. Intellectual property

Session outputs (transcripts, summaries, alignment reports) generated during your sessions are owned by you. Jijnasu retains ownership of the Roundtable platform, brand, and underlying technology.

4. Disclaimer of warranties

Roundtable is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated persona responses are simulations and do not represent the views of real individuals or institutions. Outputs should not be relied upon as legal, medical, financial, or diplomatic advice.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jijnasu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
